**CHECK COTTAGE AVAILABILITY CALENDAR**

A minimum 4 day rental is required at $175.00 per day plus tax, or a weekly rental of  $975.00 per week plus tax.  Please call or email to learn the details and availability.  A $350.00 down payment by credit card is required at time of making a reservation, with balance due upon arrival.  Early check outs responsible for total days reserved.  Rental deposit is non-refundable for reservations cancelled within 30 days of scheduled rental.  Check In - 3:00 PM (EST).  Check Out - 10:00 AM (EST).
