**CHECK COTTAGE AVAILABILITY CALENDAR**

A minimum 3 day rental is required (winter rentals only; summer rentals are weekly only) at $225.00 per day plus tax.

Weekly rental of  $1,100.00 per week (less a $100 discount to returning renters) plus tax. 

Please call or email to learn the details and availability. 

A $350.00 down payment by credit card is required at time of making a reservation, with balance due upon arrival. 

Early check outs responsible for total days reserved. 

Reservations are non-cancelable. 

Balance of rental amount due at check-in. 

No refunds for early departures or cancellations. 

Check In - 3:00 PM (EST).  Check Out - 10:00 AM (EST).
