McCottage is a one-level, easily accessible 1,800 sq. ft. recently remodeled lake home (sleeps 5-6 adults or up to 8 persons, including children) featuring 3 bedrooms (queen bed in master bedroom; 2 twin beds in each of other 2 bedrooms; antique couch/daybed in Den);  1 and 1/2 baths; modern fully equipped kitchen; lakefront 32' x 22' "great room" living room (with fireplace) and dining room offering a 32 ft. of windows providing a spectacular view of Lake Gogebic located just 23 feet from the living room; lakeside 22' x 22' den with wood stove and authentic tongue and groove pine paneling, and another spectacular view of Lake Gogebic;  and a 4-6 person cedar sauna. 

McCottage continues its tradition of offering a traditional Northwood's vacation at an authentic lakeside cottage with all of the modern amenities set in a rustic, Northwood's decor including antique furnishings and artwork, numerous fish and wildlife mounts,  area photos (including items of local historical interest), cable TV and a tasteful selection of videos, books and magazines; 40' dock and boat lift; phone; LP gas grill; campfire ring; ample parking; and linens and towels provided.  Relax at the beach just out the front door.  See the sun rise and set, hear the soothing sound of the waves as they ripple just feet away at the shore at night, watch the moon rise and travel across the Lake leaving shimmering waves in its path,  and enjoy all that is so special at Lake Gogebic. 

McCottage is located minutes from local service merchants and offers immediate access to Lake Gogebic and it's area trail system.
